1 twin bunk bed, 1 queen sleeper)  and boasts a large 'great room' with knotty pine walls, peaked
ceiling, wood burning stove, dining area, Central Air Conditioning & Heating and a view overlooking
the creek valley.  The kitchen is also knotty pine with a Jenn Air stove, and newer appliances
including: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher with a breakfast bar and barstools.
New Washer & Dryer and furniture have also been supplied. The deck wraps around 2 sides of the
house and is equipped with a propane gas BBQ grill and an outdoor table with chairs.       .

Creekside Retreat is located within the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in beautiful
Groveland California....just 25 minutes from Yosemite National Park and Sonora, Ca..  The house
is nestled among the pine trees and rolling terrain of the Pine Mountain Lake community.   Since the
properties on both sides of Creekside Retreat are not developed, Creekside Retreat is secluded and
private. The property also backs up to the seasonal creek that runs from Pine Mountain Lake, and
features beautiful views of the creek valley and distant hills.
